License

The grant

There is one license and it costs $200, one time. It gives you the full source, every future release, and the right to build commercial products with it - including client and agency work - with any number of developers on your team and no limit on how many products you ship.

The license is identical whichever product in the catalog you buy. Products differ only in which ORM the kit ships with; the rights you receive do not change, and buying one does not grant the others.

How your team gets the code

Your purchase is one seat in our private GitHub repository, invited to the address you pay with. That seat is the whole of what we deliver, whatever the size of your team - we do not sell or issue extra seats, and you may not share the one you have.

Clone it into your own private repository and work from there. Your whole team can then build on it, which is exactly what the license covers: the limit is on access to our repo, never on how many people work on your product.

Client and agency work

You may build for clients and hand over what you built, source included, and you may transfer that product's repository to them. What your client receives is the product, not a starting point: if they want to begin a new product from the kit, they need their own license. The line is whether what changes hands is a product or a boilerplate.

What you may not do

Redistribute the kit as a starting point, resell it, sublicense it, or open-source it; share your seat in our private repository with anyone, including your own team; or build a product whose primary value is the kit itself (a boilerplate of the boilerplate).

Ownership and updates

The code is licensed, not sold - the Licensor keeps ownership. Updates arrive as commits and tagged releases on the private repository and are included for life. There is no obligation to maintain the kit forever, but nothing you already have is ever taken away by an update.

Refunds and revocation

All sales are final. Completing checkout is a request for immediate delivery: the GitHub invitation is issued automatically within minutes, and source code cannot be un-delivered. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once payment completes. Payments are processed by Polar, the merchant of record. Access may be revoked on chargeback or material breach of the license; you keep whatever you cloned, but membership of the repository is withdrawn.

Warranty

The kit is provided as-is. Liability is capped at the amount you paid. The full warranty disclaimer and the binding text of every section above live in LICENSE.md at the root of the repository you receive.
