Who we are

saasprokit.com sells a one-time license to the saasprokit source code - a production-grade Next.js SaaS boilerplate. Buying is the only thing this site does: there are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no data collected beyond what a purchase requires.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Polar handles payment data, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT; we never see your card details. Prices are one-time - $200 per product, whichever you buy - with no recurring charges of any kind.

Delivery

Access is delivered as a GitHub organization invitation sent to the email address used at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, the order page linked from your receipt can resend it, and a human is alerted automatically whenever delivery fails.

Refunds

All sales are final. Completing checkout is a request for immediate delivery: the GitHub invitation is issued automatically within minutes, and source code cannot be returned. No refunds are offered once payment completes. The license page has the same rule; the two never differ.

Acceptable use

Use the code within the license you bought. Do not redistribute the source, share repository access outside your team, or resell the kit as a kit. Abuse of the resend mechanism or the checkout is grounds for revocation.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Liability is capped at the amount paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Personal data

Two forms on this site collect personal data. The release-notes signup stores your email address until you ask us to remove it. The contact form stores your name, email address, message, and a salted hash of your IP address; inquiries are deleted after 12 months. Both are used only to reply to you or send what you asked for - never sold, never shared. Write to us to have your data removed at any time.
